Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Dinova Packager purchases made on dinovahq.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all Products. You must accept this Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
The Products are digital downloadable software. This policy is written specifically for digital goods and is consistent with the requirements and buyer protections of our payment partners — Paddle (Merchant of Record), Stripe, and PayPal.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. If, within 30 days of your original purchase date, you decide the Product is not right for you, you may request a refund under the terms below.
We have written this guarantee as a fair-and-neutral refund policy, in line with the obligations of both Paddle and Stripe sellers.
2. Full vs. partial refunds — how it works
Because the Product is a digital download that takes effect the moment you use it, our 30-day guarantee operates on a clear, predictable basis:
2.1 Full refund — eligible if all of the following are true:
- The request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date; and
- You have not received substantial paid support (more than one significant support session) on the purchase; and
- The request is your first refund of this Product on your account or payment method.
2.3 Renewals
A renewal payment is not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee unless billed in error. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before the renewal date — see Section 7.
3. How to request a refund
Email legal@dinovahq.com within the 30-day window, including:
- The email address used for the purchase;
- Your order or receipt number;
- A short reason (helps us improve — not a condition of approval within the window).
For purchases where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you can also request the refund directly through https://paddle.net. Paddle issues Paddle refunds on our instruction.
For Stripe and PayPal direct purchases, refunds are issued by us through Stripe or PayPal back to your original payment method.
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to complete approved refunds within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. What is not eligible
Refunds are generally not available where:
- The request is made after 30 days from the original purchase date;
- The request is for a renewal payment you allowed to process after using the Product during the prior term, and you did not cancel before the renewal date (other than billing errors);
- There is evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same Product; clearly using the Product to deliver paid work to clients and then requesting a refund; circumventing license terms; or fraudulent or chargeback-related activity;
- The issue is caused by third-party software or your hosting environment outside the Product's control (e.g. incompatible server configuration, conflicting plugin, expired Divi license) and we have offered reasonable support to resolve it;
- The Product has been modified or redistributed outside the limits of your License and the EULA;
- The purchase was made through a channel not authorised by us.
If you are outside the 30-day window but have a genuine problem, contact us anyway — we review reasonable exception requests in good faith.
5. Statutory consumer rights
Some jurisdictions provide non-waivable consumer rights for digital purchases — for example, the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal for distance-sold digital content. By starting to download or use the digital Product immediately after purchase, you may be asked to acknowledge that you consent to immediate delivery and (in some jurisdictions) that this can affect a statutory withdrawal right.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to (not in place of) those rights.
6. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Paddle purchases: the refund is issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Typical posting time on your statement: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Stripe direct purchases: the refund is issued by us via Stripe to your original payment method. Typical posting time: 5–10 business days.
- PayPal direct purchases: the refund is issued by us via PayPal back to your PayPal balance or original funding source. Typical posting time: 3–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. We are not responsible for currency-conversion differences or fees your bank or card issuer applies.
7. Cancelling automatic renewals
You can cancel an automatic renewal at any time, with effect from the end of the current paid term:
- Paddle: at https://paddle.net or by emailing legal@dinovahq.com.
- Stripe: via the link in your most recent Stripe receipt, or by emailing legal@dinovahq.com.
- PayPal: in PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, or by emailing legal@dinovahq.com.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your existing license, downloads, and previously built packages continue to work.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at legal@dinovahq.com or, for Paddle purchases, at https://paddle.net. Most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your License pending investigation. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that conflict with this policy and, where appropriate, to refer abusive cases to the relevant Merchant of Record / Payment Processor.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed. We will notify Paddle of any changes to this policy and update this page accordingly, as required.
