End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Dinova Packager software and any tier, add-on, update, or related material (the "Software"), supplied by Quikdin, LLC ("Quikdin", "we", "us", "our") via dinovahq.com. By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.

1. The two layers of this license

The Software is built for WordPress. Its licensing has two layers, both of which apply:

1.1 The program code — GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later)

To the extent the Software's PHP code is derived from WordPress, it is licensed to you under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Under the GPL you may use, study, modify, and redistribute that code under the same license. A copy of the GPL is at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

1.2 Everything else — our commercial license

Our non-code assets (the Dinova, Quikdin, and Dinova Packager names, logos, trademarks, branding, graphics, and documentation) are not GPL and remain our property. Separately, your purchase buys you a commercial package: software updates, support, and the right to receive the Software from us as an official, supported product, for the term you have paid for.

The GPL covers the code; your purchase covers updates, support, and our official distribution and trademarks.

2. License grant

Subject to your payment and compliance with this EULA and the Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Software to build website packages and to install those packages on websites, on the terms below.

3. Site limits — Unlimited License

The current commercial offering is an Unlimited License at $79/year:

  • Use the Software on an unlimited number of sites — every client project, marketplace product, and personal site.
  • No per-site fees, no per-package fees, no upsells.
  • Includes 1 year of updates and support from the date of purchase.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Updates, support, and what happens after the term

Your purchase includes updates and support for the Support Term stated at checkout (currently 1 year). After the Support Term:

  • The Software you already downloaded continues to function.
  • Packages you have already built and shipped continue to work indefinitely on your clients' sites — they never stop, and never check in with us.
  • To keep receiving new versions, security updates, and priority support, you may renew your license.

Updates are delivered via your account download area at dinovahq.com and/or by email. We do not guarantee compatibility with every future version of WordPress, PHP, Divi, WooCommerce, Amelia, or other third-party software.

5. No license server, no tracking

The Software is designed to operate entirely inside your WordPress site:

  • There is no license server the plugin must contact to keep working.
  • There is no usage tracking sent to Quikdin.
  • Your clients do not install our plugin — the importer travels inside the generated child theme.

This means your installations continue working even if our servers are unreachable.

6. What you may do

  • Use the Software on an unlimited number of sites under your Unlimited License;
  • Build, ship, and re-build packages for your own projects, your clients, and marketplace products;
  • White-label generated child themes (theme name, slug, version, logo, accent color, welcome message, footer credit) using the Software's built-in branding tools;
  • Modify the GPL-licensed code for your own use, consistent with the GPL;
  • Make backups of the Software.

7. What you may not do

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software as your own product or pass it off as your own product. (Note: under the GPL you may redistribute the code under the GPL; this restriction prevents misrepresentation, removal of attribution from non-GPL assets, and use of our trademarks without permission.)
  • Remove, alter, or obscure our copyright, trademark, or attribution notices on the non-GPL assets (e.g. our logos, brand names, and documentation).
  • Use the Quikdin, Dinova, or Dinova Packager names, logos, or branding to promote products that are not ours, or in any way that implies endorsement or partnership we have not granted.
  • Use the Software to create or distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, or violate any law.
  • Circumvent or share any future paid-feature mechanisms in violation of your tier (current version uses no license-key check).
  • Hold us responsible for data loss — you must back up any website before building or installing a package.

Note: the GPL gives you broad rights over the code, but it does not entitle you to our updates, support, trademarks, or branding, and it does not permit you to misrepresent our product as your own.

8. Generated child themes — your rights to the output

Packages and child themes that the Software produces from your content and your site are your work product. You may:

  • Distribute, sell, and white-label them to your own clients;
  • Replace Dinova / Quikdin credits in generated themes using the built-in white-label tools;
  • Remove the installer files from a generated theme (the "I want my own" flow) to leave a clean, standard child theme — the content you imported stays exactly where it is.

You remain responsible for any third-party content (images, code, plugins, fonts, Divi layouts) you include in your packages and must hold valid licenses for that content.

9. Ownership

Quikdin, LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software's non-GPL components, our trademarks, brand names, logos, and documentation. This EULA grants only the rights expressly stated; no other rights are granted by implication or estoppel.

10. Third-party components

The Software relies on or interoperates with third-party software, including WordPress, Divi by Elegant Themes, WooCommerce, Amelia, and bundled open-source libraries. Those components are subject to their own licenses; you are responsible for holding valid licenses for them and complying with their terms.

11. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law and consistent with the GPL's disclaimer for the code. The full disclaimers and limitations in our Terms & Conditions (Sections 10 and 11) apply to this EULA.

12. Termination

The commercial rights granted by this EULA (updates, support, official distribution, use of our trademarks) end if you breach this EULA or the Terms. Your GPL rights in the code you have already received are not revoked by us and continue per the GPL. On termination of the commercial license, you must stop using our trademarks and any non-GPL assets, but packages you have already built remain functional.

13. Changes

We may update this EULA. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Changes apply to Software obtained after the change.

14. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, consistent with the Terms. Mandatory consumer-law rights in your country of residence are preserved.
