This Privacy Policy explains how Quikdin, LLC ("Quikdin", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the Dinova product line including Dinova Packager, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit dinovahq.com (the "Site"), purchase our Products, or contact us. We are the data controller for the personal information described here, except where indicated.

1. Scope

This Policy covers personal information processed through the Site, the checkout, our customer support, and our marketing communications. It does not cover personal information processed by the Dinova Packager plugin on your own WordPress sites (you are the controller of that data).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Purchase information — your name, email address, billing address, country, and order details. Payment-card details and bank account numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment partners (Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal) and are not stored by us.
  • Account / license information — email and license details associated with your purchase, and any account profile you create.
  • Support communications — content of your emails, WhatsApp messages, contact-form submissions, and any attachments (e.g. site debug info you choose to send).
  • Marketing preferences — your subscription status and consent for marketing emails.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics data, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Security and operational logs — access logs and security events for fraud prevention and service integrity.

We do not intentionally collect special-category (sensitive) personal data and do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

4. How we share information — Merchant of Record, processors, and partners

We share personal information only as needed to run our business. We do not sell personal information.

4.1 Payment partners

  • Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — when Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, Paddle collects and processes your billing and payment data, calculates and remits taxes, issues the invoice, and acts as an independent controller of that data.   • Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — payment processor for direct purchases via Stripe. Stripe acts as our processor for those transactions but is an independent controller for fraud-prevention and aggregated risk data. Privacy notice: https://stripe.com/privacy.

4.2 Service providers (processors)

Hosting, email delivery, customer support, analytics, anti-spam, and backup providers that operate on our instructions under written contracts including data-processing terms.

4.3 Other disclosures

  • Compliance and protection — when required by law, court order, or to enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, or protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

Quikdin is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our payment partners and service providers operate. Where personal data of EEA/UK residents is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

7.3 Other US states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, etc.)

Similar rights of access, correction, deletion, opt-out of targeted advertising and sale, and appeal.

7.4 How to exercise

Email legal@dinovahq.com with your request. We will verify your identity (matching the email on your account or purchase) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days). For data held by Paddle as Merchant of Record, you may also contact Paddle directly.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS/SSL across the Site, encrypted backups, access controls, and reputable payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you and authorities of any qualifying personal data breach as required by applicable law.

10. Communications and marketing

  • Service emails (purchase confirmation, license, renewal reminders, security notices) are sent on the basis of contract performance and cannot be opted out of while you have an active license.
  • Marketing emails are sent only with your consent (or where allowed by law for existing customers about similar products). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing legal@dinovahq.com.
  • WhatsApp / phone — when you contact us by WhatsApp at +1 (302) 360-6159 or call us, we process the number and message content to respond.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites; please review their privacy policies.

12. Children

The Products and Site are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact legal@dinovahq.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
