Acceptable Use Policy

Table of Contents

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of the Dinova Packager software and dinovahq.com (together, the "Services") and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It exists because our payment partners — Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal — require us, and you, to keep the Services free from illegal, abusive, and high-risk use.

Operator: Quikdin, LLC, 312 W. 2nd St #2561, Casper, WY 82601, United States. Contact: legal@dinovahq.com · WhatsApp/Phone: +1 (302) 360-6159

If you breach this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice, refuse refunds for the affected period, and report the activity to the relevant Merchant of Record, Payment Processor, or authorities as appropriate.

1. Who this AUP applies to

  • Anyone who downloads, installs, or uses Dinova Packager.
  • Anyone who builds, distributes, sells, or installs packages or child themes produced by Dinova Packager.
  • Anyone who accesses dinovahq.com or contacts our support channels.

2. You must not use the Services to:

2.1 Break the law

  • Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity in any jurisdiction that applies to you or your customers.
  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights, including by packaging or redistributing content (text, images, code, fonts, Divi layouts, plugins) you do not have a license to use.
  • Send or distribute content that is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawfully discriminatory.
  • Violate export-control, sanctions, or trade laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction that applies to you.

2.2 Build or ship malicious or deceptive software

  • Use the Services to create, distribute, or install malware, viruses, ransomware, keyloggers, cryptominers, backdoors, or any other malicious code.
  • Build packages or child themes designed to deceive recipients about their origin, function, or safety.
  • Use the Services to bypass authentication, install rootkits, harvest credentials, or attack third-party systems.

2.3 Misuse our brand or product

  • Resell or pass off Dinova Packager itself as your own product. (You may sell packages and child themes you build, including white-labelled, under the terms of the EULA.)
  • Remove, alter, or obscure our trademarks, brand names, copyright notices, or attribution on non-GPL assets.
  • Use the Quikdin, Dinova, or Dinova Packager names or logos in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation we have not granted in writing.
  • Misrepresent updates, support, or capabilities to your customers in a way that creates obligations on us.

2.4 Abuse our infrastructure or commerce

  • Abuse our refund policy — for example, repeated purchase/refund cycles, requesting a refund after delivering paid work built with the Software, or chargeback abuse.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with dinovahq.com, the checkout, or our update/download endpoints, beyond what the GPL or applicable law permits.
  • Resell or share license credentials or paid feature access in violation of your purchased tier.

2.5 Use the Services in prohibited industries or for prohibited content

Because our payment partners (Paddle, Stripe, PayPal) prohibit certain industries, you may not use the Services to build, host, distribute, or sell packages whose primary purpose is:

  • Adult, sexually explicit, or escort-related content or services;
  • Gambling, sports betting, or skill-gaming for money where not lawful and licensed;
  • Crypto-mining, ICO, or unregulated financial products;
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick programs;
  • Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods;
  • Weapons, explosives, or other dangerous goods;
  • Hate-, terror-, or violence-promoting content; content that exploits minors;
  • Pseudo-science, deepfakes, AI face-swap / voice-impersonation services that violate applicable platform rules;
  • Any other category prohibited by our Merchant of Record or Payment Processor at the time of the transaction.

If you are unsure whether a use case is permitted, contact legal@dinovahq.com before purchasing.

3. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using the Services or a Dinova-built package in violation of this AUP — for example, infringing your IP, distributing malware in a child theme, or misrepresenting our product — please report it to legal@dinovahq.com. Include URLs, package or order references, and evidence where possible. We investigate good-faith reports promptly.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Site, downloads, and the commercial license;
  • Decline or revoke refunds for the affected period;
  • Cooperate with Paddle, Stripe, PayPal, or law enforcement on investigations;
  • Take legal action to enforce our rights or recover damages.

We will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where it is practical and the breach is curable. Severe or repeated breaches do not require notice.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time, particularly to reflect changes in our payment partners' policies. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
